We wish to reiterate the importance of a few key principles that should always be kept in mind. Parents must remember that children should not be forced but gently guided towards achieving the goals they envision for themselves. This guidance should be offered in a pleasant and encouraging manner so that we may uncover the unique spark of brilliance that lies within each child. Education's true purpose is to cultivate in our children the ability to think critically and reason logically.

Students, too, should understand the value of careful planning and prioritization. The effective use of time is a cornerstone of success, and mastering it is essential to achieving one’s goals.

The role of the Secretary is vital in supporting the smooth functioning and overall development of the College. It involves fostering effective coordination across departments, ensuring timely communication, and upholding the values and objectives that define our institution. The Secretary is expected to maintain constructive interpersonal relationships and promote a collaborative spirit of cooperation, respect, and partnership among staff, students, parents, University officials, and local authorities.   
This position demands a strong commitment of time and flexibility. It requires presence at key institutional events and active participation in implementing the College’s policies and objectives. The Secretary plays a pivotal role in ensuring the administrative and communicative efficiency of the College, working diligently to streamline processes and support the Principal and faculty in their endeavors.

It is a position that calls for dedication, organizational acumen, and a deep sense of responsibility—essential qualities for contributing meaningfully to the progress and excellence of our College.
